Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

I love pinterest to find good recipes when I'm in a grocery shopping rush. I stumbled across this display of layered goodness and I thought, "wow that's a beautifully staged photo" and then proceeded to click the link. I'M SO GLAD I DID! This recipe, Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta, is from GirlGoneGourmet is the best! I was extremely happy at how it came even after I made a few changes based on what I had at home. I'm telling you now, make it, try it, and you will love it! I didn't even share this with anyone I ate the whole thing by myself over 2 days.


CHANGES:

I didn't use wine...I used chicken stock.
I didn't have a whisk so I used a fork to whip the ingredients together.

4.Add in the *Chicken stock*, zest, and lemon juice.
5.Bring to a boil and allow the mixture to reduce for a minute or so.
6. Lower the heat and slowly add in the rest of the butter (1-2 tablespoons at a time). Use a *fork* to help the mixture emulsify




 Whisk the butter, garlic, chicken stock, lemon juice, and zest. ^



Tah Dah!!!! It's ready in 20 minutes!!!!!!
It taste better than the package meals in the frozen aisle.
